Algol has a nasty reputation.
Have you looked closer at anything within their Aries (head)+ Aquarius (neurological) houses. Have you tried the medical asteroids and/or Rapheal and royal asteroids? The story might be better understood when looking at these too.
If you know the orb/sign of Uranus and looking @the Sabian too. Idk, it might reflect answers somehow.
