This isn't really an extremely relevant concept in modern times, really.. at least not entirely. However, I'm more interested in this concept in regards to karmic ties or past live interactions. Does anyone know of any asteroids that could relate to the concept? Whether it be because of conflicting tribes, social statuses, caste systems.. things like that. If there are any stories where there are characters in this predicament, asteroids with the names of those characters could have possible relevance. This could be something along the lines of Romeo and Juliet, or something even more along the lines of the concept of the beauty and the beast. Anyone know of any asteroids that could pertain to this concept? Or maybe specific asteroids that are already commonly spoken about, in certain aspects? I'm not sure there are many. I'm not sure if this thread will have much discussion but the idea interests me, if anyone has any thoughts or ideas. IP: Logged |

Also here's a good thread on this topic- http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum28/HTML/004537.html Eros/Psyche is probably forbidden too. Venus forbid it. 433, 16, 1388 (for Aphrodite).

I think some of the Venus/Aphrodite contenders have a darker edge.Astarte (672) is a bit like BML with a Martian edge to her with a lot of sexual energy. I read once it may indicate affairs, which is I guess is a primary source of 'forbidden love' in this day and age. I have Astarte exactly conjunct someone's Astarte, both conjunct his moon - the affection and tension we have is incredible... But he's married to someone else. Definitely forbidden (as yet we have never acted on the attraction). IP: Logged |

Orpheus and Eurydice :The myth of Orpheus and Eurydice proves forbidden love in Greek mythology because while the lovers are walking back to the upper world, Orpheus is forbidden to look back at his wife. This shows that lovers really can't resist each other. Orpheus loved Eurydice too much to even realize what he was doing. IP: Logged |
