if u want to make an ephemeride for an object that doesn't have a "number" yet, here's how u do it
go to
https://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/sbdb.cgi?

under "search" u type in the object name for example"2015 RR245"
then u will see the word "ephemeris" at the top left of the page, hit it.
that will take u to the "horizons" page,
there u change the table setting to "31" to give u the ecliptic number which will be in "360" degree notation,,270=capricorn
and u obviously change the time settings for what period u want.
u can only go back to 1600 ad
if u want to go back further, check out http://expreso.co.cr/centaurs/
for "riyal" software, i have it and use it often
good luck

The last site (UK) you left is rich in links at bottom of page, too.

Thanks Bjorkstrand.
