My name in the asteroid list is spelled with an e. But it's pronounced the same way. The only difference is that I don't actually spell my name with an e on the end. I think it's the way most people spell it though. A lot of people always ask me if I spell my name with an e on the end.

Yes. You can use 'misspellings' of your name. I have 2 name asteroids I can use for my first name. One has the German spelling.

You can try using any nicknames, AND, middle-names sometimes show up stronger than a first name.

Even asteroids that 'sound like' any of your names, can make interesting connections.

Just, loosely observe these things in your chart -- and have some Fun!

yeah I was wondering this too. My mother's name is Nathalie and there is only Natalie, so I don't know if this counts.

Someone has the last name Holder but I can only find holda or holden. Which one should I pick?

No I think that you should take the same first name / last name as yours.

I would think 'holda' ... but you 'gotta' try'em out.

Don't give up on looking for a Holder asteroid. Someday one might show up.

The other day, I found a (new-to-me) single asteroid that combines my Virgo ex's first+Last name.

Would you BELIEVE... ex's first+Last name was conjunct my Sun by one degree.

In my chart, our (Aries) first daughter's middle name conjuncts the father (married) last name, by orb ~2+.
.. I had had a boy name planned for her 'just-in-case'? ... That first-name trined her middle and the father's last name.
My first and my last (married) names were conjunct by one degree in that daughter's chart.

Just fascinating.

I was able to find the persons middle name. And it's in my 4th house in synastry. That makes sense being as though I feel close to that person. Their Moon is in my 4th house as well.

Cool, Lalafortunaea!

One of my name asteroids is orb 3 from natal Sun.

Enjoy these while we may!

I saw a news reel that showed an invention that NASA plans to use to 'capture' asteroids and 'Eat' them for what fuel or information they can give us for understanding 'what's out there'.

Saw a show recently where Neil deGrasse Tyson was interviewed by Stephen Colbert. He gave a sweeping view of what's been happening in the Universe(s). All the TNO's we've been seeing are like one giant HUGE wave of bodies passing by/intermingling with our own.

He's saying that right now, the sky is RICH with information that we've never had before, and in the far-distant future will fade away.

I guess in a way that's like saying our earth was alone-- now she's among soooo many Lights-- and those Lights will fade away, and she will be by herself again-- busy breaking down all the info we earth planet-body-limited citizens can glean.

I hope we make discoveries that can help us clean up our own yard here. The earth is a mess, and we have atmospheric metal sky-litter surrounding us.

I'd rather they 'clean up transmute energy in space junk' than snatching asteroids??

hmmmm. I guess everything 'material' is temporary.

We are living in Unusual Times!
