It can mean lots of things. One of the first things that come to my mind with this aspect in your natal chart, is that you may choose a career path or you may identify in being holistic, spiritual, a psychologist, analyst, and/or artist. Since i do see mars here, this tells me that there is DRIVE in piscean 10th house matters here. Conjunct kaali tells me that you have a strong connection to the astral realm and other worldly philosophical views concerning the occult, psychology, the human body, all forms of art, empathy, compassion, humanitarian views etc. and this is something that you may pursue later in life or even now. It is part of your personality and as you become older you will become more aware of this part of yourself.I would especially take into account of progressions to your mars/kalli conjunction to see what type of theme in your life is or may occur in the future. kali is a goddess and she was the protector of light against evil. I think it is great that you have HER conjunct your mars in pisces in the 10th house. I would assume that you may come across as someone protective or wanting to bring more light onto your friends, the world, humanity, groups, and alternative ways of living. Your mars is quite feminine because kali is a goddess protector against evil and in a feminine sign pisces which i think is amazing if your looking to be a psychologist, counselor, empath, social worker, yoga teacher, performer spiritual artist etc. any career that brings a service to those that are in need of your "healing". I would pay attention to other aspects to your mars because this what i said can not entirely resonate if you do have a malefic planet harshly aspecting this but none the less I love this aspect you have.
