I am interested in your Anubis possibly being triggered. Can you sense when certain people are about to become deceased? If so, can your Chiron save their life?

I get overwhelmed with grief about two weeks before someone I know passes. Anubis is on my ASC. Uranus might be controlling your Vagus nerve.

I would do a synastry chart with self and Chiron, Anubis, and Uranus to see if there is a pattern. If you are dominant Uranus, you might be able to see a pattern if there is one.
