Looking at the chart for Moskou 17:00 local time, the first thing to notice is that Croatia is right on the Ascendant. To me this suggests that just the fact that Croatia has reached the finale means a kind of rebirth of this nation. Croatia is also conjunct Karma, in Scorpio. So in Croatia right now people are going absolutely nuts, whether the team wins or not.

So what about the winners? A grand trine between Galactic Centre and asteroids Nike and Champion says that the winners will be soccer Gods, obviously :-)

The game:

Asteroid Gallia is trine Illyria.
Asteroid Illyria is square the Nodes. Asteroid Croatia is trine Chiron and Dolores. That doesn't look good.
Asteroid Galois is trine Jupiter and trine Golden. Seems as if France has the best chance to win.
Asteroid Gold square Galois and sextile Phoinix suggests the Croatian team may score first, and the French will come back: possibly 2-1.

Mars square Illyria suggests that the Croation team will fight hard. Venus opposite Galia suggests the French team will not play in an attractive way. Mercury square Victoria suggests the game will be won by the team that calculates. Not by the team that plays 'from the heart'.
