Ive found that Lotis in a natal chart represents a demure or innocent expression that others find sexually arousing! In my own natal chart Lotis conjuncts my ascendant by just over 1 degree, and the best way I can describe the energy is by giving insight into my background and how I became familiar with her energy! I was raised by a very conservative mother who despite always encouraging me to look and act my absolute best for others, was very adamant about never acting or appearing in a way that could be interpreted as sexually suggestive. So from a young age I mastered the art of being graceful and charming without being "sexual". Unfortunately, even from a young age, that didn't stop men of all age groups from sexualizing me, even though I very clearly remained innocent in my mannerisms and ran away from even a hint of sexual undertone (much like Lotis runs away from Priapus in the myth).
When I started looking for other women who had prominent Lotis energy, I tried to think of women that came across as demure and graceful beauties that inspired sexual and naughty thoughts in men. Low and behold the first two women that popped in my head both had Lotis conjunct their Suns exact! Princess Diana of Wales is renown for her beauty, and also her demure and naive appearance that caused women and men to both sympathize with her and find her irresistible! The second woman, Brooke Shields, is infamous for her Lolita-like image at a very young age! Beautiful, innocent, and angelic looks that were sexually exploited from a very young age for the masses! Although Brooke Shields herself was put in very sexually suggestive poses and roles, it was her innocent looks despite being very sexual that made people go crazy over her.
