I have no idea what meaning to use with this asteroid, because "red castle" isn't a descriptive meaning that I can personally use as a guide for interpretation. The link doesn't give me many ideas either, but I checked out the plot of the manga and it doesn't sound like my usual cup of tea.

Akagi is in my 5th house. It's trine to my North Node and Midheaven. The orb for my Midheaven is 3 degrees. It makes a quintile to Saturn and a semi-sextile with Mars too.

Does red play out in your family tree? Like the heraldry colors. Your MC and node might fit somehow. There may be asteroids that fit but only you know what it is you'll need it for.

I know nothing about my family tree, ancestors, and heritage. It's unfortunate, because I have an interest in this stuff and there's no one around that can answer my questions.

Red is a color and colors can be interpreted on a symbolic level like what a red castle might represent in fiction or as a symbol of deeper meaning. Since this asteroid has a Japanese origin, I'm wondering if "red castles" have cultural relevance.

I'm not sure I have enough information to say if the asteroid is relevant to me.
