Aura is a name asteroid too, as well as connected to someone in mythology.

this placement would strengthen you aura-etheric electrical envelope around you.i would expect you to read others moods very well. and you likely can see the subtle color of others auras.
conversely,other psychically sensitive people would pick up your feeling easily and could see your aura.
in the 5th house, i inl you would have a mysterious" or unconscious affect on others....maybe some have said" theres something strange/mysterious about you."
the vertex could on occassion subject you to streams of color around everything and everyone.

I am more sensitive than most to other peoples energies (for a guy lol) but I can't say I have ever seen anybodys auras. I can read people quite well though.

Then again, 80% of my chart is in water signs or water houses so it could be that.

People do seem to be drawn to me though, and I am currently doing some aura enhancement work, which could be the reason. I however don't know if this is because I was 'fated' to do aura enhancement work due to my vertex being on the asteroid. If that makes sense. lol

this seems true. though as i mentioned, the vertex can be a bit impersonal and confusing at times because all you sense may not apply to this plane of reality.
but you certainly are on the correct path with your study of aura enhancement.

i would think you will have major breakthrough in this field. check when the node by transit was square ti you vertex/aura conjunction. this is most likely when you became interested in developing your abilities.
