Does anyone have any insight on Lilith conjunct Pallas in the natal chart?

I have this aspect and I've always been a bit mystified by it. From what I’ve read, while Pallas is all about logic, reasoning, and intellect without emotion, Lilith is about unbridled emotions and disruptive instinctual urges. It would seem that aside from the expression of strong feminine energy, they couldn't be more different.

I've been trying to get a better understanding of how these two work because transiting Pluto is currently conjunct my Lilith and Pallas, and has been back and forth over this degree for what seems like forever now. I’ve definitely been feeling it, although most of the time it’s been in a pretty raw and undeveloped way (a lot of obsessive black-holing, hot burning anger and shame bubbling beneath the surface). The outcast Lilith myth really resonates for me right now as I'm still getting my bearings after going through a brutally painful and ugly dissolution of a long term relationship.

I would love to be able to harness this amped-up Lilith and Pallas energy in a positive and productive way. If nothing else, to help me get through this dark time of my life in one piece without completely burning everything to the ground. But I'm still trying to grasp how Lilith and Pallas might function while so closely entwined...if anyone else has this aspect or has wisdom to share, I'd love to hear it!

All of my Liliths (except for the asteroid) are just a few degrees apart, with True Lilith conjunct my Venus by 1 degree. Psyche is in the middle of it all too.

Here’s my chart if it helps

It may also depend on which Lilith is in question!

I have true Lilith (oscillating) conjunct my stellium (which includes Pluto) and from experience I can say that all the transformation aspects of my life, the crisis and life-changing events have somehow centered around Lilith themes. It also means that a lot of my personal power (Pluto) comes from Lilith-themes as well. I am a very powerfully independent person, even when sometimes I wish I wasn't. It is also very instinctual; I don't know how to not be, as my mind seems wired this way (my Mercury is the tightest conjunction to Lilith, though).

By transit it may be similar. Issues of power struggles, control and transformation through life-changing moments may occur in quite intense ways, as Lilith is very instinct based. Perhaps there are things happening in your life that are forcing you to get to know your shadow feminine energy, forcing you to find your independent nature or just to start embracing it. It's possible that it could be coming from groups you're involved with- friend groups or social groups, as it's in the 11th house. I would say more that it has to do with your instinctual boundaries between yourself and others (or others to you, standing up for your own, etc). Sometimes Lilith energy can be quite subconscious, so some serious self reflection (and kindness!) of yourself could be needed.

Thank you @implosions!

Yes, I agree that having Pluto transiting my Lilith(s) and Pallas does feel very much like a call to action for me to exercise my personal power, and with Pluto in my 7th that thought seems very emphasized with regards to the stuff going on in my life. I will admit that expressing (Pluto) power is somewhat difficult for me. This year it has felt as though I am being forced to, like it or not. It does make sense this is all happening in my 11th house as so many friendships have fallen by the wayside during this horrible breakup. Guess thats normal. I’ve accepted that this has been, and will be, a dark time—Pluto is at 21 Cap on my Waldemath/Dark Moon*and* my Mean Lilith right now, and will be moving towards my True Lilith at 26 Cap soon enough. A part of me is hoping that whatever Pallas is, it can offer some relief or balance to Lilith. I typically place more emphasis on my True Lilith, but with all of them so close together in my chart, its hard to feel the subtleties of each of them. Gonna google Waldemath’s Lilith now!

Pallas is actually pretty helpful for this kind of thing. The energy here is geared towards pattern recognition, natural intelligence and understanding. It's a perfect blending of yin and yang energy- the balance of masculine and feminine. Usually it's a place where we feel smartest! Apply that sort of energy to Lilith issues- you might just be more ready for this transit than you expect. Trust yourself in this transit. <3
