Has anyone experienced CHIRON transit over the ANGLES and their houses?

Chiron has been RX-ing back and forth just behind my AC for a while now, and will be going direct and hovering there for a while.

Is it more to do with wounding/healing about the physical self? My chart ruler is Mars, which is RX, so I wonder if it's more of a mental experience for me?

I've never been one to really get sick, I'm quite sturdy in that sense, thankfully! But I have struggled with mental health issues for much of my life ... Has anyone experienced a first house transit?
