I feel this is an effect due to an astrological influence and would appreciate it if you knew which it might be. The image is of eyes, glaring, pointed to one side, possibly also squinting. It seems to maybe have a demonic or perhaps satanic quality to it, but I’m not sure. There seems to be a certain intensity in the glare which kind of identifies it. Thanks for any help.

Possibly in the same vein is this video on the opening intro of a cartoon series and it has a similar sense or vibe of what I’m going for Cowboy Bebop - Tank
