Was hoping some kind intelligent knowflakes here would be willing to help me suss this starseed thing out?

There is really no doubt about it as I intuit it right now - question is more about specifics.
Can we discern more in terms of lineage etc?
I reckon more intel would help me improve connection with my guides, service and latent abilities.

- Some small experiences of claircognizance/audience.
- One time (in bed) some entity (I hazard the guess) threw something in the back of my head, around the fontanelle. A very tactile 'BOOIOIOINNNG' reverberated inside my head as if the thing thrown was thrown on a spring.
- That little spot/fleck in your field-of-view that you can chase around? Has taken many shapes - from a perfect triangle to more complex shapes like grey waves.
- "Seeing stars" flying around sometimes.
- Met my twin flame - we are separated right now and she does not speak with me - I reckon we need to solve some things on our own before physical reunion is possible.
