Just a hypothetical inquiry, but I think that wherever your Kaali is in your chart, and whichever planets it conjuncts might ultimately determine what your physical appearance shows up as. A lot of planetary energies are quite flexible, they can be present or absent, integrated or disspiated, etc, but the Kaali aspect seems more like a permanent part of your personality which is more or less present always. So for instance in individuals who attempt the "light body ascension" its my hypothesis that the way they will turn out, after a lot of solar energy is processed through the body, is depending on their Kaali, and which planets it conjuncts. I feel its almost like non-dissipating spirit. What do you think?

Kaali in my chart only really aspects my angles, and conjuncts asteroid SWEET in my 8th house. It inconjuncts my AC/semi-sextile DC and sextile MC/trine IC.

In my experience, people always seem a bit surprised at how sweet natured I actually am. I give off a very tough/plutonic vibe but I'm actually a big softy with a decent exo-skeleton? That's my interpretation of it.
