Now, whether the burning of the Notre Dame was a deliberate attack by Muslim(s) or an accident, an attack by others, or simply a bad omen, it would be naive to not even consider it, because the destruction of churches and Christian symbols have long been part of Islamic history and as part of its conquering of what were previously predominantly Christian countries, including the discrimination against Christians and the rape of Christian girls (which also happens against Hindu girls in India in the form of what is known as "love jihad"). Moreover, the Muslim Brotherhood that also has its roots in Egypt has become associated with the "establishment within Islam", serving as the gateway between the European Muslim community and local and national governments.
Even the FBI had uncovered documents from the Muslim Brotherhood where they explain their plan for the West, written black on white and how they want to sabotage the Western world from within to ultimately re-establish the Islamic Caliphate (Islamic State) and implement shariah law all over the world. They do this via grassroots organizations spread throughout many Western countries in fields like education, welfare, medical services, and religious institutions, known as the da’wah(proselytization) system with the sole purpose of sabotaging the West from within.
The London-based Asharq al-Awsat accused several European countries of dealing lightly with the Muslim Brotherhood, which in turn gave legitimacy to the group and room for it to grow on the continent.
Today, many Muslims in these countries look up to the Muslim Brotherhood as a representative body.
The Brotherhood now controls numerous mosques and schools and take an active role in dealing with the new wave of refugees to Europe from the Middle East.
Anyhow, I decided to look at Notre Dame's chart to see if we can find some links with that as the Notre Dame surely is a symbol of Europe's cultural heritage which has its roots in Christianity and is known all over the world.
Interestingly in the natal chart, asteroid Europa is at 24°07 *exactly* square asteroid Bilal 24°07. Bilal was one of the most loyal companions of the prophet Muhammed.
Europe is in the liberal, progressive and openminded sign of Aquarius, while Bilal is in the sign of Scorpio who likes to hurt and cause death. Although Bilal is conjunct the POF, when aspected negatively the POF can represent misfortune.

I'd interpret that as the old establishment (the Islamic Caliphate) is returning from the past and needs to be destroyed or transformed if we want to head over into matriarchy (the NN in Cancer). Whilst Leah interprets the old establishment as Christianity needing to be destroyed, I don't think that makes much sense as that is like beating a dead horse. Christianity, especially in Western Europe has already been ridiculed to death and most Western Europeans are atheist nowadays. However, there is a fine line between healthy criticism and self-hatred and I think the Notre Dame is showing that despite we may no longer practice Christianity, Europe can not so easily erase its Catholic history because it's part of it's cultural heritage and identity. Moreover, the Muslim world also views Westerners as Christians despite they don’t actively practice their religion anymore. And while self-criticism is good, it shouldn't turn to self-hatred because as Macron said, “as the Notre Dame burns, part of us is burning”.

Yes, if we don't take action and stop being in denial of being the target of an ideology that wants to destroy ours and replace it with theirs. Condemning one patriarchy (Christianity) and condoning the other (Islam) does not equate ‘stepping up and taking action’. As said before, we’ve already stepped up when it comes to our own outdated religious beliefs as most Europeans are atheist nowadays, but there is a fine line between self-criticism and self-hatred that Islamic organizations take advantage of to achieve their goal and establish sharia law that would make it impossible for matrarchy to ever take off.

He represents criticism of Islam.
