MMarie. You are posing a 'synastry' question, more than our personal natal chart.
Interpersonal Forum is good place to post for those outer (outside of self) "relationship" oriented discussions.Lerena.. the way the word 'impact' is used, that sounds like it would (or should) hurt?! *grin* -- Impacting rocks that cut gullies, bruise, dent, or damage-- like surface of our moon? Or perhaps in the human subtle-realms, they might be light like the energy of a beautiful wafting, and a delicate lifting experience? Like the tiny presence of a soothing nightlight? .. These (generally) don't "jolt"?... damage? They more 'color' ~~ like a lighter-version of a moon passage, -- it's in the background, unless you 'know' to pay attention?
I think the 'cluster' of other asteroids that the asteroid can be clumped with, and what planet it neighbors, provides more information and clues.
Trines within one's 'natal chart'??
Yes sure-- they can count! It depends, really. ..
Positive energy counts (as much as the more challenging aspects). Nice tight sextiles can be important, sure!!-- It depends on what your life became about.
All these things provide more subtle clues, pixels, providing extra information on issues the client may be having. Areas of talent? Houses? Nearby planets can enhance.
Look to see if they are near the planets, chiron, conjunct the major 4 goddess asteroids, major points, nodes--
Once read where someone suggested the cusps {placidus} in the natal can lend extra importance when they clump and cluster around those? {something to investigate?, perhaps}
Like Dumuzi was saying too-- the immediate transit (conjunction) is the strongest, and so fascinating to tune in and sense any difference-- or, you see things in your outside world (what your eyes see, words heard, etc) that pertain to themes associated with that asteroid.
(And! .. The meaning of the asteroid can vary. Stay loose with it. Over the years, the use can change.)
BTW, Happy New Moon Leo!
