Topic: Natal Mars conjunct Algol

In the natal chart of a guy, there is this conjunction Mars-Algol (27-25 Taurus) by 2 degrees. Someone would say it is too wide for a fixed star. I read somewhere that an exact conjunction between Mars and Algol could be deadly.
Anyway, I would like to hear interpretations of this, also observations about the star if there is any.Blessings. IP: Logged |

I think 2 degrees is close enough and I would be careful of algol in this placement. Watch and see what happens.------------------

This is someone with Mars-Algol in 4th house; when younger he had a lot of conflicts even violent ones with a family member in particular-was also almost sexually assaulted by this family member-in order to protect himself he said once he almost "killed" him because he pushed him away vehemently or he just feared so; conflicts with mother and resentment for her. Early death of the father in a tragic accident.
He doesn’t seem a violent guy, not with women at least not physically -he liked to be dominating though, but there was a lot of insecurity underneath. (Don't quote please)

Hello, I have this conjunction within 1 degree. Mars/Algol also trines my Saturn/Venus/NN.I am not violent and I am very close with my family. But I did just lose my father in a tragic accident, so your post caught my eye and thought I should share. IP: Logged |

This guy has Mars conj IC as well.
And conjunct Moon also in the 4th.

Yes Mars conj Moon conj Algol conj IC.
Also Saturn opposition to this conj.
Mars in 4th can indicate conflicts in the home/with mother.

Ami Anne - in your experience have you encountered differing effects of Algol? Algol seems to be somewhat prominent in my chart. Anything positive?
