Kundalini related asteroid. Agni Yoga.
Related to 4426 - Roerich

398188 - Agni

Sanskrit word meaning fire, and connotes the Vedic fire god of Hinduism.
He is also the guardian deity of the southeast direction, and is typically found in southeast corners of Hindu temples. In the classical cosmology of the Indian religions, Agni as fire is one of the five inert impermanent elements (pañcabhūtá) along with space (ākāśa), water (ap), air (vāyu) and earth (pṛthvī , the five combining to form the empirically perceived material existence (Prakriti).

In Vedic literature, Agni is a major and oft-invoked god along with Indra and Soma. Agni is considered the mouth of the gods and goddesses, and the medium that conveys offerings to them in a homa (votive ritual).

He is conceptualized in ancient Hindu texts to exist at three levels, on earth as fire, in the atmosphere as lightning, and in the sky as the sun. This triple presence connects him as the messenger between gods and human beings in the Vedic thought.

My whole bloody chart is like that.. It's pretty ridiculous at times.

Also have to give you credit for always listing some interesting asteroids I've missed. How many do you have in your collection right now?

Hm... interesting! Never looked much at Vedic/Kundalini asteroids in my chart.

Agni is at 27°42' Taurus, 8th house.

Conjunct:
An-Eefje 26°45' (in memory of two young women who were abused and killed)
Gunlöd 26°57' (Norse mythology, guardian of the skaldic mead)
Archimedes 27°10' (mathematician and inventor in ancient Greece, died during the siege of Syracuse (which he built defensive war machines for))
Vartiovuori 27°29' (Finnish place name, means 'watch mountain' or 'guard mountain')
Amphitrite 27°35' (goddess of calm seas and safe passage through storms)
Astropis 27°45' (Czech astronomy magazine)
Cyane 27°45' (nymph who tried to prevent the abduction of Persephone)
Weisse Rose 27°56' (non-violent German resistance movement during WW2)
Nada 28°01'
Amor 28°30'
Krakatau 28°31' (volcano)

Um... guardianship seems to be a running theme there!

Trine:
Antiope 27°10' Virgo (amazon in Greek mythology, name derived from 'anti' meaning 'against' and 'ops' meaning 'voice')
Sisyphus 27°24' Virgo (laborious and futile tasks)
Terpsichore 27°48' Virgo (one of the muses, name means 'delight in dancing')
Amnestia 27°32' Capricorn (named for Amnesty International)
Sphinx 27°51' Capricorn (secrets, mysteries, riddles)
Vishnu 27°54' Capricorn (Hindu god of protection)

Do I notice a theme of working against something or protecting against something?

Opposite:
Vibhuti 27°10' Scorpio (sacred ash used in Hindu rituals, alternately meaning 'might' or 'power')
Educatio 27°22'

The Agni-Vibhuti fire and ash connection seems rather interesting, but not sure what to make of it.

I love the vedic/hindu language and the asteroids I find very intriguing. Your chart is like that, happy you caught it! We who are observing these within our (other) charts, help validate these little lights in our universe. ☺
~ your Agni is 5m cnj my Sphinx

Awe ty. I am some how pulled in this study.
It's not something I would have imagined being melded into but I am.
I have no clue how many because my app is sensitive to characters allowed and I have geared it to my chart but am able to access the individual asteroid via a search box.

You made your own app, or what? Now I am intrigued. What app are you talking about? I personally transfer data from astro.com to an excel sheet - gives a great overview!

I think this research and the possibility we now have of doing it is part of our task to bridge our planetary consciousness into an integral-global state. This work we all feel pulled to do - the conscious integration of mythological energy - to me speaks of a service-call to assist our Earth in the spiritual shift we are now in the midst of. Keep it up! (Feeling instinctively compelled to add a poem by Ursula K. Leguin now)

From opaque rock
springs clear water.
The skull's hard cup
holds clarity.
Drink, traveller
be mindful, drink.

About Agni... I just met someone with whom I probably have the most electric synastry I've experienced. Will prob make a post about it in interpersonal when I know her birth-time. May do one post here before that, but I need to add some more ast's before.

Some interesting aspects (there's way more than this):

My Vesta conj her Jupiter.
My Mars sextile her Jupiter.
My Jupiter (pis 00) trine her Mars+Fidelio+Asmodeus (lib 29). My Jup is conj my Sun at 02 pis as well.
My Mars+Juno+Interkosmos+House+Specula conj her Venus+Mentor+Osiris+Hueretas.
My Priapus conj her Juno+Eros+Sappho+Soulie+Akashi+House+Specula+Sparks etc.
Her Juno etc. above trine my moon.

Her Agni at sco 10.11 is in exact trine with my Venus in pis at 10.20. Sextile my cap 10 Eros.
My Agni conj her Karma-Dorothea-Paradise-Wildcat.
Her Moon is somewhere in Cap as well, so we may have a conjunction there too.

I am thinking my previous "TF" may have been false twin to prepare for this one here. Or she is my TF but we've agreed pre-incarnation to unite with soulmates.... Hmmmmm! When I met this one last week at my cousins wedding, transit Juno in my 5th opposed my Venus exact, no less the entire transiting Virgo stellium also in my 5th. Her Sagittarius stellium sits in my 7th house (our mars-venus conjunction sits on my 7th cusp). Her Sag stellium with my Pis stellium. Ceres conjunction opp my Venus. Wowsa! And there's way more interesting aspects not listed now.

No app. I was tired and wrote incorrectly. I meant the account I use on astrodienst.

Beautiful quote by Ursula Leguin!

Now those aspects do sound very unique as well promising. I'm interested in seeing your further info and results.
Have you tried midpoints? I enjoy seeing the energies merged. I replied to your Helena Blavatsky post too. ☆

Other than composite, I will look into natal midpoints - if you mean reg the relationship.

I brought it up here to highlight Agni possibly having a kundalini/tantra related function. Have a feeling our relation may trigger flow of 'spinal snake-fire' in both, should it develop. We'll find out soon enough.

And it's Helena ROERICH, even if related to Blavatsky. But you did know that

Easy way to learn Sanskrit?

I had the chance to attend a free introductory class on Sanskrit back in June 2019.
The instructor is a fantastic teacher.
So clear!, and is very humorous.

Sanskrit Made Simple for Yoga Teachers
by Hari-kirtana das

If you have the money, I promise it's worth your while if you are a beginner. If you want to really nail-down the root-word meanings, and learn the 'power' of the 'correct' pronunciation of stem-words, then this might interest you.
.. He has great graphic charts demonstrating 'where' and 'how' to place the sounds in your mouth. His DICTION is excellent-- you can 'hear' what he's doing with his voice from his visual graphics.

Even JUST this tiny tiny lesson opened more of my understanding.

It was called "Sanskrit Made Simple" ..
{And! It was.. to someone who doesn't even do yoga!!.. omg. I 'tried'. Paid to attend some classes on Hatha Yoga when I was in college. Maybe that 'teacher' was boring??? LOL. She turned me "off" to it, long ago. She did no "teachings" on any part of the spirituality at all. There was no 'meaning' behind these poses I was trying to make... Gave it a few months to see if it caught my interest, but it didn't. Did not see any benefit to this {boring} 'exercise' class, so I quit. ..}

This is his website and where you could find beginner lessons.

He is more oriented to those that TEACH in their own Yoga Studios. As a non-practicing person, I found wonderful information there. Opened the door to even adding understanding to Hindu astrology...

Oh! I had attended his class on understanding the Bhagavad-Gita too. I understand he gives lessons via online-link once a week? ..
Check that out if it interests you.

I come from a different beliefSystem,
and was able to resonate with the spirit of what was being taught.

So,
*end of commercial* ROFL

I was grateful for the QUALITY hour-long class.
This is my way of giving-back.
