I'm going to make an attempt to see what the problem could be.

First off, how does it feel to have a stellium in your 4th house and Uranus conjunct your IC?

Uranus conjunct your IC could indicate chaos in your inner world btw.

Are you also a bit famous where you live considering your AC is conjunct Regulus?

Anyhow, I do think your SN in the 7th House (and conjuncting your DC) may be the first thing that affects your relationships. Could your NN mean you have to move away from confusing and chaotic relationships? Especially considering you have Uranus already on your IC which can indicate chaos in your inner world (and perhaps your career as well). Your North Node is in Virgo, that may mean you need to remain objective and keep your head cool and focus on yourself, not so much your partners (perhaps then a better match will come along if you do that). You may also have a tendency to idealize your partners since your SN is in Pisces and your Venus is conjunct Neptune which is another aspect that makes you idealize romance but that sets you up for disillusionment as well. Perhaps you are in denial of how your upbringing was as well?

The other thing I noticed is that your vertex is in your 5th house (romance) opposing your Juno. I'd interpret that as a discord between meetings with romantic partners and commitment.

Chiron is opposing your Valentine, but also opposes your Nemesis and Achilles.

thank you so much for your reply. First time I must say you that your reply resonate with me at many points.
It is certainly not possible to say that my inner life is calm and I think that overall my life is not such a "classic or typical" and also my childhood was stormy,restless and sad.
Before I read your answer, I thought to myself that I must love more myself. I mean, in relation to men, it's probably like I'm a "very good girl" - very tolerant, very understanding, it's probably that neptune with Venus - it's that I really want love .. and yes, I idealize my partners. I am very independent and confident, but it is not when I am in love..it I'm very sensitive and vulnerable - I know it and I don't think I show it. But he will probably feel it anyway ...
