in Astro.com, they give us our Mean lilith calculations, when we pick the option for lilith.

The true lilith is H22 i think.

Which one do you use? And Why? Which is more accurate?

I and (I think) most people here use True Lilith
simply because it represents the actual true position and not a mathematical average position.
Same with the Nodes.

Paying respect to Liliths actual wild wobbling path seem more in line with her Archetypal nature than to 'harness' her into an average position
