What would this aspect show in a Composite chart?
I’ve seen it in synastry and in the Natal chart of a few people that I know.

Too much attention is given to Nessus IMO. It moves like 3 degrees per year, takes 122 years to orbit the sun, and erratically at that, so everyone within a 10-year span or so will have it in the same sign. and within a 10 or 11-month span or so the same house. It is way beyond Saturn and just 50km in diameter. I won't totally dispel the rock, but I don't think its impact would be that huge in astrology. Unless it was adhering to much stronger themes already seen in a chart with the planets and their aspects. By itself, don't think it is much to be afraid of and, at most just adds an extra dimension to already present themes, as if it is a tweak.
