Do you think a progressed Vesta on a natal Midheaven could have a positive or negative influence?

I just had my solar arc MC on my Saturn & square to my solar arc Uranus, lots of hindrance in work. Now it moved on my Moon & Jupiter but still feeling sort of pessimistic about my career. Probably it's solar arc Uranus influence.

I just hope that progressed Vesta would bring something positive to the mix...
