Mythology of the constellation Boötes -
BOOTES, The Hunter has since early times been associated with country pursuits - as hunter, ploughman or herdsman.
In Homer's Odyssey he is referred to as Wagoner or Driver of the Wain.
However, since the seventeenth century the figure has been associated with the hunting dogs (Canes Venatici) charted by Helvelius.

In Greek legend,
Bootes is seen as representing
Icarius, an Athenian who was taught the secret of winemaking by the god Dionysius.

Icarius then allowed some peasants to sample his produce, but his kindness back-fired.
The men became extremely drunk and were convinced that they had been poisoned, so they killed Icarius and buried him.
His daughter Erigone and was so overcome with grief when she found his body that she hanged herself.
Zeus transferred her to the heavens as Virgo,
Icarius became Bootes,
and Maera, the dog who had led Erigone to her father's grave, became one of the dogs of Canes Venatici.

More on the Story of Canes Venatici
In the Middle Ages,
Canes Venatici was identified with the 'two dogs held on a leash by Boötes', the Herdsman,
because there was a mistake in the translation of Ptolemy’s 'Almagest' from Greek to Arabic.

In Ptolemy’s text,
some of the stars in Boötes represent the Herdsman’s club.
The translator loosely translated the Greek word for “club” (Κολλοροβος )
as “the spearshaft with a hook” (“al-`aşā dhāt al-kullāb”).

When the Arabic phrase he used
was later translated to Latin,
the translator mistook one of the words for kilāb, which means “dogs.”

Boötes was depicted with two dogs in 1533
on a map by the German astronomer Peter Apian,
and Hevelius decided to define the dogs’ position in the night sky in the 17th century.
Hevelius named the northern dog Asterion (“little star” in Greek) and the southern one Chara (“joy”).
The name Chara later started to be used specifically to refer to the star Beta CVn.

You base the total mathematical "accuracy" of 'that' as the USA chart ascendant, upon reading this man's 'loosely' gathered information?? He's probably non-astrologically trained, meaning that Time and specific-event timing takes up no real attention in his mind.

Your text says, that he says that, they 'VOTED FOR' the idea of it, and did so 'AROUND' the time (loosely) of 11 am?

Then you took that as fact, drawing a chart geometry and math calculations based on the timing of the WORD "around"?????? yeh (that's irresponsible)

You have been touting that this is the TRUE chart, and give advices (to people who are new to astrology and don't know better) to the public AS THOUGH this is true/fact??-- Again, you base the Ascendant off an "approximate" very-loose time mentioned by a writer with no interest/knowledge of astrology. He had NO valid time-stamps 'marking' the history of these acts of finalization (or start-openings) using legitimate time because it was NOT the purpose and agenda behind his writings.

At this point you and I have nothing to meaningfully share on THOSE points--No common ground?
