Family is the highest value in life. Marriage is sacred. Look for Vesta, the eternal flame burning. If this "family-like bond with someone" is karmic, Vesta is going to transcend all lives and times to find you. So, look in your draconic charts. Find this bond in declinations. Look also for House (4950), the place where you feel whole of yourself. Isn't that what family is all about after all?
