It looks like your 7th house of partners is under Sagg, a Jupiterian sign, so while you do have Saturn on the descendant and influencing that house, you will draw and need people who have both Saturnian AND jupiterian qualities.

And if you are wondering if people are going to like you and view you as a possible partner for whatever reason, look to see if you have planets that fall in THEIR 7th, 8th, and or vertex/antivertex or Node contacts. Or if you have planets that strongly aspect the rulers of their 7th and 8th houses. This is in my observation what people are looking for in terms of partners.

Of course, Venus, Mars, Moon, and other personal planets contacts matter, but they have to work within the framework of THEIR 7th, 8th, vertex, nodes contacts.
