I have a list of a few cases with possible reasons, please feel free to add more.

1. Matthew Delooze http://www.whale.to/b/delooze_h.html

Gave great advice for not losing our emotional energy by idolizing programming icons. Is in obscurity today.

2. Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan:
Bill Ryan suddenly got taken in by a secret member of a group called the "33" who allegedly control the executive decisions of governments on Planet Earth. One of the greatest conspiracy research teams is now split. There is talk that the Anglo Saxon racial fight against Chinese was another issue. Bill supported that thesis but Kerry was against it. The third issue was Kerry's alleged hostility to Dr Steven Greer.

Who gained from their split? Certainly not the public.

3. Dr Lenny Horowitz: One of the most dedicated anti-vaccination campaigners and promoter of the 528 Hertz Love Frequency got embroiled in a controversy against Ted Gunderson and his supporters in a planned email op to foment hatred between the two groups.

4. Dr Zecharia Sitchin: Attacks by a so called Hebrew Scholar intensified against his translations after his death. The purpose of course is to prevent the masses from knowing about Ancient Astronauts.

5. Fritz Springemeir: Known exposer of the 13 Bloodlines, got arrested for someone else's crime! They never touched him for so many years. Why now?

6. Stewart Swerdlow: I mentioned a change in his behavior since 2010 but recently, all his work from inception is being targeted as false by more than a dozen ex-clients who have ganged together to write against him in a site paradoxically named after their core practice. For 12 years, there was no big issue and suddenly Stewart is unanimously called a predator, rapist, conman, confidence trickster and murderer. Not a single legal case has been filed so far, in spite of more than hundreds of pages of hateful writing and allegations designed to ensure nobody practices protective Hyperspace Visualization.
The trigger apparently was Stewart speaking of the Kuiper Belt Aliens, protective Lion Frequency and connecting to the Magdalena/Waldensian Frequency. Stewart himself has admitted to a dubious past in Project Montauk but the new wave of attacks since the discovery of Comet Elenin is simply baffling.

7. David Icke: Icke has been attacked for years but in 2010, he got properly scr*wed when his book rights for USA were lost to one he trusted and his partner separated with a huge settlement.
