How much more evidence is needed before the public prosecutors take the entire CIA top brass of 1958 to 1973 to court for the deaths of thousands of innocents worldwide.

Whether it is an Al Qaeda terrorist or a home grown terrorists, they all have MK-Ultra written over them.

Please write to your congressmen and congresswomen. It is time to identify and de-program all the thousands of isolated sleepers before they kill hundreds of thousands more innocents. Just one could take out more than a dozen with ease, such is their programming.

The sleepers get triggered mainly during big ritual dates. Olympics is a huge red flag. There could be a plan to let loose some MK-Ultra assassins during the games to pinpoint blame on Iran. All this could have been a trial run, hence the location of "Aurora" meaning Dawn. They must have encoded a message stating "Dawn before the New World Order" or something.

BTW, possible MK-Ultra Assassin Cho Seung Hai who killed 32 people in Virgina Tech in 2007, he too has Pluto conjunct Mars in Scorpio! Cho could have Neptune and Mercury in the 12th House, he was already diagnosed with depression.

Anders Brevik of Norway who killed 77 last year, he has Mars trine Pluto! He too was born on a 13th.

Aussie James Bryant killed more than 30 in Port Aurthur, 1996. He has Pluto conjunct Uranus and Dr Neptune conjunct Natal Mars [with Mars opposign CHAOS and Dr KAALI exact].

It looks like Pluto and Mars afflicted men are handpicked for Astral Assassin Programming. courtesy MK Ultra...

How deep an isolation are we talking here though? I've noticed with myself of not interacting as much with other friends, though I do try to get out. (Also, yes, I have noticed my sporadic checking and general absence from here lately). Basically, I guess what I'm getting at is, people who have some of the markers, but otherwise are shielded from mind control and the like, are potentially vulnerable to MK-Ultra-like programs if not careful.

And believe me, I have had some very violent imagery flash in thoughts lately, largely from without. Whatever I'm tapping into or is trying to tap into me, I highly suggest we focus thoughts on healing, that true justice (not vengeance) is done, and the prevention of further tragedies such as this.

BlackSeraph, you are close to your father. This is symbolic of being close to your Higher Self. The actual assassins are isolated from everybody and can be triggered from the Astral. You are the type who has the ability to counter such activity by sending healing light, hence you may be targeted through anger so that you stop healing work. There is a strategy in place for every powerful Light worker but it happens mechanically, they cannot check on everyone all the time, hence we can develop strategies to avoid getting triggered.

The whole thing is very scary but believable because the CIA has admitted to running this program, MK-Ultra.

And tho' now they say that it was abandoned back in the 1970's, I don't believe that. Simply because ... the nature of weak individuals is to seek power through control of others, and nothing can be more satisfying to such people than the ability to control thro programming the mind of a susceptible person.

My question is, who exactly is a susceptible person, that can be the perfect "Manchurian Candidate," if you will. I'd like to be able to recognize such a person, if I were to ever meet one, if I haven't done so already.

And what in a person, even myself, can at any point predispose one to changing from being healthy and normal to one who can be "indoctrinated" into such a program.

Or do we only have to be concerned about the ones who've already been programmed, the "sleepers."

Also, how can each of us protect ourselves from being mind controlled by someone.

Neil Prescott called himself a "joker" and threatened to kill en masse.

Apparently his arrest happened just yesterday so not much else is known. His pic has been released.

His apartment was found to have 2 dozen rifles and guns, and more than 1000 rounds of ammo.

He hasn't been charged yet, because they've decided to keep him under medical observation for a week.

Here's another question I have: How much danger is there of false positives? i.e. Thinking you may have encountered an alter when you really haven't, or people who would have the mannerisms of someone subjected to trauma-based programming but have never been the subject of a program in their life?

I don't think I've encountered anyone like that, and don't believe I come across as such. As far as Holmes, I'd like to see what his full diagnoses mentally come up as... Especially anything pertaining to dissociative/MPS, any form of ADD/ADHD, and/or bipolar/manic depressive disorder.

That's nuts about the Prescott guy... ...I have sometimes wondered if the powers that be ever had to deal with a Premature Activation... (I could imagine one of their "alters" arriving halfway to position and some random person who just happens to have a trigger walks in front of them and... not a pleasant thought.)

Very good questions. The awareness of Mind Control through information disseminated carefully through a few whistle blowers, even this is a careful strategy. Only the top 0.1% of Humanity has the time and the intelligence to connect the dots. About 5 million of this lot may have mortgaged their Souls already: Freemasonry memberships [The lower levels are all well meaning folk, but they cannot rebel against those in the 33rd degree who choose to become Dark Avatars] , profitable contracts, management posts in big companies, celebrity deals and so on.

That is less than 2 million as a threat to their NWO Plans. They want us to be confused.
Irrespective of the truth, we need to create our own custom strategy to deal with this. They want sheeple, so we will be highly independent people

My strategy is:
1. To associate with the feeling that I have not been successfully subjected to Mind Control. Attempts may have been made, even subliminal but by choosing human values of compassion, love and forgiveness, I am certain of being only Me.
