Years ago, I read about some adverse effects, examples of people who werent ready and later witnessed it in people I knew. (and they werent only practicing kundalini yoga, but got sucked into a particular spiritual path - there are pitfalls with all of them)

I have never bothered to study Kundalini (though I plan to) i, just don't resonate with the Yoga of it, but the times I have is through Manly P Hall & Steiner. I think I understood the general function. It's s a human- spiritual progression rather than something you try to cause artificially through repeating exercises.
It's like forcing any kind of astral or psychic ability before your required spiritual organs have fully developed, I could only imagine that irreversible damage would occur.

I shall read your links, though the PDF looks familiar, I had it on file for later, later never came though. Lol

Kundalini Energy has a "Mind" of its own.
When a person is in a spree of releasing karmic debts by selfless actions while simultaneously forgiving every person for every moment of discomfort ever, then the blocks around chakras weaken. Kundalini will start flowing upwards steadily, and the basic symptoms will occur. Devotion to God/Goddess in such times minimizes health problems. Intensity of Dreams will drastically increase, followed by past life recalls, OBEs, Precognition, seeing number patterns like 11:11, 12:12 etc. There will be a sudden rush of creativity or even healing power in the palms of the hands. If everything goes smoothly, then Kundalini will rise beyond the Heart Chakra and stay there. At this point, hatred will cease, the connectivity to other human beings across race or religion will increase. The realized person will be more compassionate to those whom the masses are conditioned to hate.
Manifesting small miracles and synchronicity will increase on a daily basis.

thank you for this guidance.
I have been experiencing some of these things.
Forgiveness has been a focus recently, and has coincided with virtually no sleep, and exhausting dreams when sleep does occur.
Compassion, yes. But there is room for improvement.

I have always looked forward to past life recalls.
If I have had any, I have not been aware of them.

So, if Lilith represents the kundalini energy (as the serpent in the garden of Eden),
does that mean that Lilith conj. Sun will be useful for awakening kundalini energy?

I wonder what percentage of people who experience a kundalini rise have problems with it. Are the people who've been cited on weblinks that IQ provided the norm? Their experiences are sure scary and would persuade anyone embarking on kundalini yoga not to do so. Just in case.

For example, I live on my own. If strange phenomena scared the hell out of me I'd have no support.
