Eric Garner's Death By Police Chokehold Ruled A Homicide

The Medical Examiner ruled his death as a homicide...just wondering if anyone has heard if this cop turned murderer has been arrested yet?

Unless I am unaware of America having two sets of laws--one for cops and one for the rest of us--then I would think he would have gone directly to jail...do not pass go, do not collect $200...but I haven't heard any news reports of that happening yet.

If this escort gets arrested for murdering a Google executive because he died from heroin she administered to her paying client and bail was set at $1.5 million dollars even though there have been catastrophic problems with bad batches of heroin on the black market, then I just can't understand why that cop would still be free.

Why would a cop who murdered a black husband and father be free, but a 'party-time girl' who's well-heeled client most likely died in a tragic heroin overdose be charged with murder on $1.5 million bail?

Every death is technically a homicide, but some are accidental, in self-defense, or otherwise justified. It depends on the totality of the circumstances. If the cop used excessive force, then he can be criminally prosecuted.
