With physical things...It is the inner body ails that concern me rather than the exterior wrinkles.

As far as disease and all being caused by thought...
NOT always so!
That type of attitude is the new age equivalent of the "hysterical" diagnosis given by medical professionals for most ails affecting women. So women have gotten the short end of the research and study stick...because doctors said it was all in their heads!
How much suffering could be alleviated if folks would realize...not all ails are Karmic..not all ails are caused by thought...and not all ails are psychosomatic...

Sometimes a thing is just that...a thing...nothing more...

This kind of attitude also led to much suffering and condemnation of people in human history...
The sick were seen as having sinned or having evil spirits in them...
They were often shunned or ostracized or worse...killed...
because people had those foolish atttudes.

Folks often get a change in perspective about illness and disease when it hits them personally.....

So stop it with the blaming folks for causing their own ails...
yes..some things can make them worse or contribute...but it is not sin...or all in their thoughts or they made it up...
There are certain mental diseases..which can be often traced to bio chemical factors.

This is akin to saying a person who bears a deformed baby...is evil or being punished..or the baby has a Karmic debt...
While it is possible that may be a factor...
Often these things are just the way the human body is...a human variable...
Genetics..enviromentals..

Not sin or Karma or incorrect thought.

Folks who judge illness have often not walked in the shoes of those suffering.
So..
if Karma truly works..
They who judge the ailing are looking into some serious Karmic payback for their outlook on those who are diseased and suffering.
