I woke up today and feel like I'm really coming down with something bad. Sore throat, headache, stomache ache, weakness...that kind of thing. I really can't afford to be sick this week! Any tips on getting over these stupid viruses quickly?

If it were me, I'd first acknowledge (as you've done here) the symptoms, start taking as much fresh fruit and water as I could, and TELL my body to get to work and HEAL THYSELF - even visualizing an army of immune-commandos takin' all those *buggers* out

ECHINACEA!!!! Lots of it! 2 every other hour 'till you feel better. <getting out the soap box > Everyone should have this in their medicine cabinet. It is the most well spent $10.00 you can imagine.

Echinacea YES - works wonders. I like to add Vit. C with each dosage. Has worked every time

I swear a mini-miracle has occured! I took a short nap, (I just got purple plates in the mail today so I put it under my pillow) and I woke up feeling completely better!

I don't know if it was the white lite sent by Princess, or the purple plate, or the combination of the two.

This is amazing....I have a huge week ahead of me and can't do everything sick! Wow!
