in her book star signs, there was this chapter called physical immortality..in that linda explained how we can become immortals if that be our choice..step 2 talked of the cosmetology necessary..and in that she adviced us to take 1000mgms of PABA which most docs advice against..also,do these vitas have to be taken in supplemet form or can they be taken in with the daily food that we have?anyone here who can clear out my confusions???IP: Logged |

It would be difficult to get that much PABA from food alone. From my experience, it is harmless. It is part of the B complex of vitamins, and they are water soluble--meaning that the body doesn't build them up and allow them to accumulate in tissues. ------------------ "It is never too late to become what you might have been." What do doctors know of nutrition? Most medical schools don't teach it. Some offer one course, and it is an elective! Immortality is based upon belief. The nutrition supports the body to help it transform. There are many Paths to Rome. My supplements are a bit different. PABA is a vitamin for bacteria. Bacteria need it to multiply. It's great for the digestive system, intestinal tract, and the hair, skin, and nails. But I take: collidal minerals, selenium, folic acid (a great replacement for PABA, which DOES have many doctor-acknowledged side benefits), and copper daily. ------------------ "It is never too late to become what you might have been." The grape juice is a nice booster. You can really see a vibrant difference in your face's glow. ------------------ "It is never too late to become what you might have been." George Eliot IP: Logged |

It takes a while to reverse graying. Best to prevent it in the first place. ------------------ "It is never too late to become what you might have been." George Eliot IP: Logged |

Hey, I liked my grey hair. It made my hair thicker. And 'liked' is the operative word....the grey ones are still falling out. Nothing else, just the grey ones. POOH! ------------------
