Okay...This is hard...

I am deep in depression. This is a constant problem for me along with anxiety. I've been seeing a professional about it but it's not enough. I am lost in it again. I'm calling my doctor in the morning because I don't know what else to do. Depression medication upsets my stomach and I hate the artificial way it makes me feel.

There must be something I can do to help this problem. I'm taking things too much to heart. I'm pushing the people I love away. When I got home from work tonight I cried for 30 minutes for no reason. It has to stop. I can't take it anymore. Any advice is appreciated.

Dear Lioness,

We don't know anythiing about each other, and as such you have no way of knowing if I am speaking off the wall or not. Knowing this I still ask you give this a serious considerstion. At the very least it should greatly help. At the best it could cure.

Two components:
First is mineral-Calcium, at least 2000mg and Magnesium, at least 1000mg. Also Vitamines D and C to help absorbtion. If you want proof you might need this, go to a health food store and by a pack of PH strips. (15' for aprox $15) and take the pH test on your siliva. If it is below 7, you need these for better health anyway.
Calcium is one of the most prevelent minerals in nature and in a healthy human. It's calming and balancing properties are well aplauded.

The second step is protection from outside interference. Don't shrug me off or miss this section ...please!

There is something that is causing people to have depression, from apathy, even as far as self destruction. It has been dubbed DOR.
DOR is prevalent around Cell towers and really sensitive people even have constant headaches and lights behind their eyes, from being around them. Dor is also helped by those plane trails you see in the sky. The ones that don't dissipate but grow bigger and stay.

There is something that can abate the effects of DOR and that has been named Orgon. DOR kills natural Orgon which, untampered with is naturally all around you. Due to the towers and jet spew, the natural Orgon has been nearly destroyed in many areas. But there is a simple Orgon generator that you can make that will restore it to your environment. A couple of very good scientists discovered DOR and OR and figured out how to do this.

A solid hydrocarbon, like resin or epoxy with some metal in it to act as a reflector, it could be aluminum, copper, nuts and bolts, beebees, ect, will produce ORgon. Not just produce it but gobble up DOR in the process. If you add a few crystal quartz pieces or/and a piece of amythist, citrine, hematite or pyrite, it seems to make it a lot stronger too.

The cheapest resin found at a Home Depo type place and an equal amount of metal poured into a mold, with the crystals, ect, added will return the Orgon balance in your home. A gallon of resin would make several small 3" or a few 5" cones of Orgonite ( named for obvious reasons). Keep one in your car, by your bed, in your garden, in your frontroom.

The whole mood of everyone in the house will be effected. Not just you personally. Birds, pets, even plants are positively effected by good positive life force which is what Orgon is.

I would also look into moving to a 'safer' neighborhood if you have too many towers within a few miles of your house. Also if you have a cell phone you will have to make the decision to keep your depression or get rid of the luxury of owning one. It puts out DOR and is right in your hand!

Some more information on DOR, Orgon, Orgonite, and Jet spew can be found at these locations: http://educate-yourself.org, and http://forums.cloud-busters.com/

Don't let the latter one scare you off. They are gungho on this Orgonite thing and eat, sleep and drink the subject. But they are all good hearted people and always ready with helpful info and encouragement. They have found that by placing a small dose of Orgonite by a tower, it will stop that tower from spewing more DOR. They are on a grand quest to bust all of them they can find in their areas. And do a good job of it too.

Tried it myself and the change in my husband and son's tempers and attitudes, as well as my mood swings has been like night and day. We all sleep better, feel better about ourselves and our situations, have a better focussed thinking ability and more positive reactions to adversity. At the very least you could improve all of the above! And since I made some Orgonite and put it outside, there are birds singing like I havent heard them in a couple of years. They are much more attuned to this kind of change that people are.

Like I said. Please don't think this sounds nuts. To quote an apt phrase..."Don't knock it untill you try it."

God Bless and I wish you a speedy recovery.

Thank you Randal,
Just found this forum a short time ago looking for information on how to make purple plates. Someone on the cloudbusters forum sent me here and I feel right at home.

I am deep into alternative medicine and hope I never have to have a doctor come near me! (Haven't needed a doc near our family for 15 years or more and that was the last time any of us got the flu!)

I used to do horoscopes oh, about twenty five years ago. Got interested when I found out I had two balanced grand trines and a perfect square in my chart. I just HAD to find out what that meant! (Among the books I used were Linda Goodman's astrology books.)

I just can't hear someone having problems without puting my two cents worth in. Hope I didn't offend anyone by jumping in like that!

Lioness, I hope you follow the suggestions given to you. Exercise is something else, it creates alot of endorphins, I make myself do it sometimes because Lord knows I don't want to, but when I do I feel better. Please try what we are telling you. I know it is tough. I follow most everything natural, but I have been taking lithium since I was 15 and actually, really, that is not something totally unnatural, it is mined from the earth. It stabalizes my mood, so I don't cry for no reason, or shut down, or wonder what good am I. Whatever you do, please reach out to us for help whenever you feel down.

It's not easy being there. In that place. Feeling alone and hopeless.

I was diagnosed with major depression 18 months ago. Although, I've had the symptoms since I was a child. I've tried several medications, but none of them have worked.

Reading Linda's books helped with the suicidal urges. Now I know I can live forever and don't have to worry so much about the things that happen in my life.
I take responsibility for me; past, present, and future.

Exercise and a healthy diet are better than gold here. So is having a great support system. There needs to be a place you can go to be with people who care. Here is a great place! Being alone when you're depressed can be a very bad thing.

Dear Depressed
I love you for asking for help. I am in a rut too. Everything from Dexidrine to Wellbutrin has been sudgested and now I read what people say to help you. Help your self and you will help others. Sounds like a quote but I don't know by who. Thanx.

Oh and I am wondering if more explination could be provided as to the DOR stuff. I believe you but am a bit confussed.

Lioness,

I'm sorry for your pain. I've been depressed since I was three years old, in and out of therapy, in and out of hosptials. It's a long road to recovery. Different things for different people, I guess.

One of the hardest things for me to learn regarding my depression was that, without meaning to, I was creating a lot of it. Shirley MacLaine in her wonderful autobiographical spirituality books talks alot about how we create our own reality. Depression can get us stuck in one reality - a pretty lousy one. But loving one's self is so important. I know that is harder to do than it sounds and yet... in some ways it so easy.

I feel for you, Lioness. Please check back and tell us how you are doing.

may healing be on its way,

LMB

I found my depressions lightened by 50% when I avoided candy, which contains artificial flavors and simple sugars. Insulin is not your friend. You eat a lot of sugar, then your blood saturates with insulin, and then your blood sugar goes below normal, and well, then you feel dead. The study of depression is pretty much a study of sugar balance in the blood. Teenagers are the famous group for depression-suicide. I was most depressed and suicidal as a teen. Why is this, hormones? I think not. Teenagers consume large amounts of soda and sugar. I have also seen many a middle-aged woman stocking up on chocolate or eating it impulsively. Deal with those sugar cravings or they will end up dealing with you. Ironically, we are led to think growth and sex hormones make teens depressed, when we already know growth and sex hormones act as anti-depressants in older people. Pretty stupid to blame it on hormones. Low hormone levels can make you depressed. Depression is a lack of something, rather than an excess. A lack of dopamine or serotonin (trying to cheat by using SSRI drugs is doomed to make it worse) or a lack of sugar, a lack of hormones, nutrients, etc. cause depression. Start every day with a low-sugar power shake containing lots of B vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, veg juices, etc. There are various configurations for a power smoothie, some cheap, some expensive. The key is getting yourself off your toxic food habits.

Sorry Randal, I missed the question above about the location of Cloudbusters!

If you still are interested after all this time it's at: http://forums.cloud-busters.com/

Orgonite has made such a positive change in our family I don't like to think of never having found it. Strange that something so simple can make such big changes in our lives.
The orgonite idea isn't an old one, but the basis goes back quite a ways... It started with Tesla and was investigated by Reich. Then a current worker in electronics got the idea of using orgonite in his health machines and a man named Croft figured out how the orgonite works on us, and how it blocks outside Electromagnetic interference with our own unprotected bodies. Now there is a world-wide movement to get the news out about this stuff because it is something anyone can make and use for their own protection and betterment.
It helps emotionally, psycicly, and physicaly. What more can you ask of a simple make-it-yourself dohicky?

Hi Lioness. I hope you are feeling much better. Depression can overwhem the soul and give you a feeling of helplessness. I completely agree with Mercury about insulin and artificial coloring. I could go on for days about the negative impact insulin (over-production and when it is distributed improperly) can have on the body, mind and soul. My own doctor insists that (a very modified)Atkins diet is normal and very healthy. I know this is a very controversial thing to say especially to those who might be vegetarians. You don't necesarilly need to eat meat but just watch for hidden sugars.

Many people are hypo glycemic (low-blood sugar) which many times results in diabetes.

I don't mean to do a lecture on the Endocrine system however it is a key factor in maintaining good health. I really hope all of the other suggestions have been a help. I don't see that you have written lately, pleast do. We want to know how you are doing.

We love you : )

Hi everybody. Lioness, I understand how you feel, even though my depression is not as deep as yours but as some in Lindaland already know, I was deeply in love with this Libra man, our relationship lasted about a year, I was very very deeply in love with him and then I found out that he had been cheating on me since six months ago or so. I dumped him on December 15th and it was harder than anything, the season didn't help at all and I kept wondering "was I not good enough for him? was my love not enough for him?" *sigh* I have been in therapy with a psychologist, reading books, etc. But I would like to have some kind of remedy to beat the depression. It is almost a month from that now. Chrystalkay, can you help me? Thanks in advance!!

Oh Lioness823 - *BIG warm hug to you*

I'm sorry to say that I know exactly how you feel... and for me there was only one way out and that was to find the area of my body that was imbalanced. I saw a natural healer, and he has helped me so much i can't begin to explain.
He fixed my body physically (cleaned my organs, corrected mineral + vitamin imbalances). During this I worked on myself spiritually - unblocking chakras, using crystals + colour therapy.

All I can do is send you my love and i hope you find your solution soon

Hi Lioness,

I hope that in recent weeks your spirits have lifted.

Whatever you had to do to feel better, and however you achieved it, I just wanted to add some info about the endocrine system-- frequently an undetected thyroid imbalance can worsen depression symptoms. It can even undermine the effect of anti-depressants, if one decides to go that route.

When I had my first acute thyroid imbalance, I was so depressed I could barely function, but within one week of taking thyroid supplements, the depression lifted like a black cloud. I still had problems, but I could start handling them again.

I'm still new to this board but I hope that you have posted elsewhere in another topic since January, and that you're doing better.

cheers,
Lunargirl

*With regards to the Orgonite devices*

Chrystalkay, i was extremely fascinated by your posts.
Having followed it up a little more - have come across a site selling 'orgonite tower busters' for just $3 each. Being in the UK, i'm still not sure if i can get hold of any, but i'll post the address for anyone who may be interested -
http://www.openminds-unite.com/id5.html

If anyone decides to give it a try - let us know how it goes, eh?

Thanks for the advice, Chrystalkay... xxx

Dear Lioness,

My heart goes out to you!! It must be a very frustrating thing to be surrounded by the thick cloud of depression. Good on you for reaching out for help - it shows strength of character.

Have you been to a naturopath? Perhaps your depression is caused by a chemical imbalance.

I guess all the advice I can give to you is to take each minute/hour/day as it comes. Don't give up - you are a special person and your own personal path awaits you.

Love and Peace,
Sunmeadow Glades.

I would like to echo the sentiments expressed here about what we eat/intake and the effects those things have on our bodies.
Did you know that most herbs and vitamins are worthless? Vitamins are often made from rocks! Things our bodies can't digest! And herbs, unless they are organic, are often grown in 3rd world countries with unregulated, deadly pesticides.

Yes, get rid of the sugar, it's nasty stuff, as well as artificial sweeteners like aspartame. A friend of mine has had serious depression for many years, complains of it often while she smokes and drinks her Coke. She let them put electric shocks through her brain, but she won't listen wholistic (spelling intentional) advice.

WE have to be in control of our health. I am a huge advocate of Dr. Richard Shulze and his American Botanical Pharmacy. I am not affiliated with him in any way, this is not a plug for his company. He advises huge body cleansings, they aren't easy, but you're in control. You contribute to your health. Some of it is a little expensive, but many of his recipes are available, you can make them yourself. Look for Sam Biser's website, he has written lots on Dr. Shulze, and provides many of his recipes.

If you want to know more, let me know. I don't want to post an address or number here, as it might break protocol.

I do hope those of you who are experiencing depression find the light at the end of your tunnels soon. Please, I didn't mean to get on a soapbox and preach, but I so believe that what we put in our bodies has enormous power over our well-being. Think about eating meat: traumatized flesh! Those creatures don't want to die! And that doesn't even begin to address the other problems with meat, including the antibiotics they pump into the animals.

OK, 'nuff said. But if anyone is interested, I'll be happy to give you some more info on the Doc. Personally, I use his female formula every day (make it myself), and most folks think I'm 10-13 years younger than I am. I plan to never go into menopause!
