Hi Everyone,My name is Carly (from Australia) and I am new here. I own Love Signs and Star Signs and the latter book has fascinated and captivated my imagination since I have read it. This message board is great, very extensive and I am sure I could spend way too much time here! LOL. Anyway, has anyone successfully tried the Red Diet for weight loss? A couple of questions... 1) How come Linda says you can have lemonade (loaded with sugar) but then says sugar is a no-no? 2) Can you have wholemeal wheat products or no wheat at all? 3) No nuts allowed? Thanks...I am trying to lose a few stubborn kilos after having two babies within two years of each other! I look forward to learning from all you interesting people... Love Carly IP: Logged |

maybe she means the lemonade made with honey replacing the sugar or at least thtz wat i assumed!!n to answer another one of ur question,i tried the diet for 20 days n stopped wen my bulb broke and it really was working...i think it has a LOT to do with ur mind..wen u'r doin this plumpie diet,u'r thinkin u'r losing weight, therefore u do!!! kinda like tht u know? anyway,i've started it again n itz been jus 10 days n already ppl r tellin me tht i've lost weight so go ahead n try it itz a lotta fun! oh yeah those two other qs..i think somewhere randall said tht if he were to make an educated guess,it wud be tht wholemeal wheat products r allowed...and no nuts..thtz stated clearly.the nuts r for the skinnies who'r greening themselves and brown n green...trees u know?makes sense to me they'll go together. hope i've been able to help.. peace -Gooober IP: Logged |

Dear Carly,I had my beautiful baby boy 5 months ago, so I can totally relate to those stubborn few extra kilos!!! It does take time for your body to regain balance after having a baby. I found after my little boy's birth that my lower chakras felt out of sync and I felt extremely vunerable and weak. Now, after 5 months, I feel much stronger and more in balance. I have lost all of my pregnancy weight due to diet, exercise and breastfeeding (I was lucky I was able to breastfeed). Your message did make me think of the colours of food that I mostly eat. Come to think of it most of the foods I eat are mostly the red ones e.g. beetroot, tomatoes etc. So, perhaps the diet does work. I also like listening to techno music, but that could be due more to my starsign of Aries. I don't know about the nuts or the lemonade though. Good luck with everything! Hope this helps! Love and Peace, Sunmeadow Glades. IP: Logged |

My mother did the skinny diet and dad did the plumpie both with fantastic results...I've started the plumpie diet but could not stop sneaking off for BAD BAD foods!!..I'm a pig u c. and I have no self control and...well...I never stick to anything for longer than 5 mins..... So I'm doomed from the start. However, I'm sure if I REALLY wanted to lose weight I could do it but I'm happy with my curves for now If you need to know anything I can ask my pars. Dad was starting to get his beer belly and mum wanted to be a cuddly grandma not a skinny bony one They both look great and pretty much stick to the same diet. IP: Logged |
