My boyfriend suffers from severe lower back pain. He is open to considering that it is of a spiritual source, but he does ask, "what if I just am getting old or hit it with the back of a doorknob?"Oh honey, I say... sighing.. So does anyone know what the lower back represents and why he might have such pain there? Love and light, LMB IP: Logged |

What secret burden has he been carrying privately for so very long? Maybe he should deal with that issue or share it with another person--someone he trusts. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." THanks, BAses Loaded. I'm excited to read all you've written. Randall, he indeed has many weights he is carrying. Stemming from family. He's talked to me a lot but he needs a good therapist and that he does not have. He's thinking about switching now. Thanks for the feedback! LMB IP: Logged |

WEll,I've not looked at his chart yet. I just found out when he was born, the time, finally. as for a mattress. that's frustrating. he says he can only sleep on his couch. the empty bed makes him too lonely and depressed. but do you know what? that couch has a broken middle. it's just AWFUL to lay in. I feel foolish for insinuating that his maladies are spiritual after telling you about his couch but perhaps it's a bit of everything. At any rate, I"m trying to get him to sleep in the bed. As for the rest, I'm trying to get him to maybe think of the bigger picture. Love LMBB IP: Logged |

Dear LMB,Use this link to request healing from Master Maitreya. Ask if your boyfriend wants to request for the Master's help. It sure will work. The pain could be from this life or from a past life injury. Here is the link for the healing request - http://www.maitreya-edu.org/php/healing.php To read more about past-life injuries - http://www.maitreya-edu.org/windows_media/talk/windows_media.htm The Master will definitely help him, if he is open to receiving Master's energy. In the book "heal Your Body", it says that lower back pain represents fear of money and lack of financial support. The entire back represents the support of life...mid-back pain is guilt (get off my back!!) and upper back is lack of emotional support. There is also a section on each specific vertabrae and it's correspondence. (Specifically, the sacrum is "loss of power" and "old stubborn anger", and the coccyx means "out of balance with yourself", "sitting on old pain" and "Holding on". I can tell you from experience that many of these theories ring true, personally and through my massage therapy practice. Once you confront and try to remedy the situation, it goes away gradually. Hope this helped!! Kat IP: Logged |

The author of the book is Louise Hay, and I think it is the smallest, thinnest, shortest book I own, but it's extremely helpful.Have to go tend to my hangover now...I don't think I will ever drink again! Kat IP: Logged |

theres lots of good advice in here... one thing that worked for me was the kind of Yoga I do. It really works on your back - you can heal it in literally minutes and its nice to not have to resort to painkillers. There's a book and video called "Heal Your Back Now!" that you might want to check out...here's a link to the page http://www.kundaliniyoga.net/ also that couch dosent sound like its helping IP: Logged |

Hey y'all! So good to be back! I hope everyone is having a wonderful new year. I've found Yoga to be very helpful. I used to have a bit of trouble with my lower back, so I started to do some yoga stretches. I don't feel the pain anymore. And it works quickly as well. The pain lessened after only a couple of days. LMB, there's a book you might want to look at. It's called The Yoga Back Book by Stella Weller. I hope your boyfriend finds a way to get rid of the pain. Not a happy feeling.

eye am currently reading Louise Hay's " You Can Heal Your Life " book & Katiebull's exactly right, this book speaks of back pain revolving around a number of things- balance/lopsidedness being one of them. eye feel this book is excellent for people ready to begin a sincere journey within the self. Deepak Chopra's books are also awesome. Visit www.chopra.com & the American Holistic Health Association @ www.ahha.org to dis-cover in4 on Holistic healing. IP: Logged |
