Recently I've noticed that lying down with my eyes closed and listening to music (melodic music, eloquent) is a bit like sleep. I am pefectly alert and awake the entire time, but when I open my eyes I feel stiff, like I just woke up, and rested too. I think it might be the focussing your attention on the music and the closed eyes which makes it sleep- like. Why don't some of you try it? I'd like to see what other people think. Fun way to take a nap! Sheba ------------------ Hello everybody! I used to be QueenofSheeba and then I was Apollo and now I am QueenofSheeba again (and I'm a guy in case you didn't know)! Yes Queen of Sheeba I have done this too. You are probably meditating and don't know it I like to do this to Riders on the Storm by the Doors. I even used to put that on repeat on the cd player when I would go to sleep. It was really nice h------------------ food is the only art that nourishes! IP: Logged |
