Hey, I'd like to know if anyone can help in this forum??

Hi,
My sister thinks she may need gallbladder surgery and I think the moon in Gemini is the wrong time to do the sugery...
Am I correct? What sign rules the galbladder?
I assume Gemini, because in my books it rules the upper rib cage. Does that include everything in the rib cage as well?
Does anyone have a list of all of the rulers
for the whole body?
