Hi guys!!

Sorry I haven't been around for a while - I have been a bit caught up with my little boy and my husband beginning a new job.

I have a question: can aloe vera juice be helpful with relieving the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I suffer from IBS and the bloating can get quite bad.

Love and Peace,
Sunmeadow Glades.

I know it's very healing and soothing for problems in the digestive tract, so I would imagine so.

Good luck with that

Hello Sunmeadow Glades. A woman I work with has the same problems and she has had a lot of luck with aloe vera juice. She buys it by the gallon.

Thanks guys for your replies. I think I will go out to the health food shop this week and buy some aloe vera juice. I have got nothing to lose.

Love and Peace,
Sunmeadow Glades.

You can get it much cheaper (by the gallon) at Wal-Mart. It tastes really bad, though. You might want to mix it with fruit juice.

Thankyou kindly Randall for the tip about buying the juice at Wal-mart, but unfortunately we don't have Wal-mart here in Australia. Thanks anyway, though!!

Love and Peace,
Sunmeadow Glades.
