Probably no one will respond to this thread but I am going to post it anyways.

My favorite tea is Tazo Tea "Calm Herbal Infusion". It is very good. It is caffeine free. The ingredients are; chamomile flowers, hibiscus flowers, spearmint, lemongrass, rose petals, blackberry leaves, safflowers, peppermint, sarsaparilla, lemon balm, licorice and natural flavors.

This tea has helped erase headaches from my head!!! It is just so soothing.

So if you are looking for a good tea, try this one.

Hi Nephthys! I'm partial to Celestial Seasonings plain old chamomile, but I'm willing to expand my horizons and give it a try. Do you find it at a specialty health food type store or can I get it at the mass market place? By the way, I finally read through that site you mentioned about the dangers of soy products. Scary. It's odd because just a few weeks previous, as I was pouring my soy milk into my Kashi cereal, a little voice whispered in my inner ear, "We're going a bit to far with this soy stuff, dontcha think?" So I threw out the soy milk and switched to rice milk. And then a few days later along came your post. Love that synchronicity of the Universe thing.

Thanks!

Wow! That is synchronistic!!! We're in the circle of the Universe and it comes around and whispers to us what we need to know!

I've tried almond milk but it's just a bit too almondy. I use Rice Dream enriched. The vanilla is a bit sweet so I use the plain. I started using tofu again, like once a week because I seem to run out of protein choices.

Anyhow, the Tazo Tea Calm is at Trader Joe's (cheapest) and Whole Foods. I am sure other places have it too. If you can't find it I can mail you a couple teabags.

It says "a single cup of Tazo Calm has been known to have the same effect as sitting for 45 minutes in a mountain meadow on a sunny day with your shoes off."

I use Rice Dream too. Feel the same way about the vanilla flavor. I have a Whole Foods market near me so I'll give them a look. I LOVE that quote. That alone is worth the price of admission. Keep those pointers coming, ok? Synchronicity stuff like that just makes me so darn happy. Strenghtens my Faith in the Universe and all that.

I love Tazo teas! I can't pick a favorite, they're all so good. Luckily, where I am a lot of restaurants even have it!

This is a bit off topic- but is soy dangerous? I don't really eat that many soy products, but I adore soy burgers- they sate my craving for regular hamburgers. But I'm really curious.
