Any tips on how to lose the cold? I'm sneezing, coughing, and I feel awful. I really don't have time for that because I have a performance Tomorrow. Thankyou~!

ok, this one works wonders (for me, anyway )
You need:

A piece of fresh ginger, about the size of your thumb (and twice as thick)
About half a teaspoon of carom seeds
About half a teaspoon of FRESH pepper
Three tablespoons of honey
About half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
About half a teaspoon of aniseed

grind up the pepper, carom aniseed and cumin.
grate the ginger with the skin and everything.

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot or something, and then add the ground up seeds and the grated ginger and the honey.

Keep boiling until the water has about half boiled away.

Strain and drink.

It's REALLY spicy going down, but it should help loads.
Don't throw away the ginger and stuff, you could re-use them a couple of times, letting the water boil to less and less each time.

Get better soon!

Ika, just take a daily dose of Vit C. Works like a charm. Lemongrass and ginger tea as well.

You could just use ginger and honey with a bit of water. That's pretty good too

And as Sunshyne said, loads of Vitamin C

Thanks a bunch you guys!
I am feeling better. I didn't try any of your remedies yet, But I tried one that my mom said would work. She told me When you go to bed at night, make sure you wear something hott that will make you sweat. That way, when you sweat, all the toxins in your body will come out with it.
I guess it worked, because I sweated like a mofo and I am feeling much better!
