Sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel bad Your recipes are a good start, thank you. I was just too lazy to experiment with the proportions myself, that's all

"He'll never take a drug unless he's familiar with each ingredient and how it works, so he'll be an expert at telling you which remedy will be the best for your headache, depending on what caused it.""...do you know what can happen when certain foreign bodies in strange drinking water enter the digestive system? Virgos can tell you." "Many of them are vegetarians. If not, you can bet they know exactly what they should eat and how it should be cooked." from "How to Recognize Virgo" in Linda Goodman's Sun Signs Since I first read that book many years ago, not a day has gone by that I have not seen further proof of its wisdom. Thank you for your recipes and info. I started juicing at the end of January and have gone slack lately. Will start up again. IP: Logged |

Being Virgo, yes I am careful about what I eat and drink. But recently I have started red grape juice and lot of vitamin C tablets. After refreshing by Star Signs, it made me recall my memory to start with Grape Juice.IP: Logged |

Grape juice- BAD news for people trying to lose weight.Juice in general- better just eat the fruits and/or vegetables, instead of making them into juice- imagine how many oranges it takes to make a glass of orange juice. You understand what I'm saying? Eat the things, get the dietary fiber (you lose most of them after having turned them into juice), get to chew them, have the enzyme in your saliva mixing with the veg and fruit, which helps digestion, and IS one of the fist stages of digestion- is MUCH better than making them into juice and drink it.
