I need your help, if you please. I know of a little girl....well, she's not little anymore. I think of her as little because that's how I remember her. She'll be fifteen soon. She's the daughter of an ex-boyfriend of mine. I've always been very close to her, sort of a sister combined with a mother. She calls me her soul-sister.

Anyway, I got a distressing email from her today. She's always had trouble in school, fitting in, being a "weirdo".... and her parents, though good people, aren't the best parents. They treat her poorly. In her words, they "treat the cats better than they treat me. The cats throw up and poop all over the carpet and they treat them better than me."

And this isn't just teenage angst. I've witnessed it. We live far away from each other, but I remember.

She's in great great pain. She mentioned thinking about cutting herself, but she said she wouldn't because it would hurt too much. That broke my heart, especially, because I am a recovering self-injurer. It hurt me to the core of my being. I didn't let on, but I was crying on the phone as she was crying. (I called her just now).

Could you powerful beings send her loving energies, send her parents and friends loving energies? Send her strength and fortitude to get through this rough time?

I would love it if you could do that. Any reiki or distance healing, or even thoughts, prayers, anything.

My soul fears for her. My heart aches for her.

Without giving away her last name, her name is Elizabeth Rose.
