Hi sweetie,This is most common when we are dehydrated and often to acidic in body. You must drink water. Try sipping it slowly. I've thought about this. I thought I'd label my other half with: "FEELING EXTRA GENEROUS TO GIA" However I didn't think it was ethical somehow. I guess you could label the bottom of their bed with the words CALM and RESTED and their food with HEALTHY AND BALANCED. Drink more water. It's an order! Gia IP: Logged |

Gia, funny you should mention your other half, (laughing) I thought about labeling hubby's side of the bed... "she has a headache, let her sleep." I did lable under my son's bed LOVE and CALM. Do you think it makes a difference if the letters are all caps, or mixed? Had to ask.Would putting a few granuals of sugar in the water be okay? Some sort of taste? Well, good night Gia, see you around! IP: Logged |

Can you not try and drink juices as well as your pure water without mixing? If you buy the water book, or look it up on the web it explains fully how it has to be just water otherwise it changes the molecules. It makes no difference Philly how you label. Gia IP: Logged |

*bump for SunChild (and others)*Hey Sun! I dont know if you ever saw this string but I think it is something you might be interested in doing. The threads you posted on the Messages in Water reminded me of this. So I found it and bumped it. I was labeling my water a few months back but havent been lately. Have to start doing it again. I believe there is alot of truth to this. 26 IP: Logged |

This is so so interesting, and I'm going to give it a try. But something that disturbed me about the whole idea -If "labeling" something with high water content (shampoo? lotion? a drink?) really works, then why doesn't my oil of olay daily moisterizing cream "invigorate my skin and reverse the aging process" ? If it works for me, then why not for major companies like oh like Snapple energy Rx drink?? Does it have to be a personal belief or is it the act of putting words on the label? Sometimes I'll buy a product based on the image it projects (by its WORDS) but I'm disappointed with the results. What do you guys think? IP: Logged |

I think it's more the power of intent. Most creams do reverse aging to a degree. Look at the way women look now to 25 or even 40 years ago. It is best to label your own creams. Did you see my photo of how I labelled my creams. Label them clearly with intent. Ackowledge that intent everytime you use them and focus on expecting results. Where attention goes power flows.HEALTHY CLEAR WRINKLE FREE YOUNG FLAWLESS It's a personal connection with the power of intent. Also remember that sometimes most of the blab is on packaging that you throw away. Gia IP: Logged |
