I've no idea. The red diet didn't work for me anyway. I didn't lose a single pound and I followed it to the latter. I mean you can only judge it when you do it right? Perhaps you'll have better luck. I maintain my weight the traditional way. I don't eat huge portions and I go to the gym daily. Gia

Just curious if you weighed yourself during it. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

I weighed at the end of it and I also measured. It made still made no difference to me. You know I tried it twice and followed all her instructions. I wish I could say it worked, I wish it worked, but it didn't. Gia IP: Logged |

Gia are you a smoker because that might have affected the color diet. Not because cigarettes affect it itself but because of dehydration.CC - I don't know how long you should wait but someone suggested about two months or so to me when I did it the first time. ------------------ Get some love in your groove, just get hip to forgive... - Michael Franks IP: Logged |

No I have never smoked. I also drink tons of water every single day. At least 12 - 14 large glasses of purified water. I am not over weight only because I watch my portions and work out daily. Gia IP: Logged |

The last time I did the color diet it did not work but I thought it was because I did not drink enough water (and also I did not do the bath at the same time every day) and I did not vigilantly read labels but now I am and it seems that almost everything contains olive oil for some reason and maybe that had something to do with it. I wonder why the diet works for some and not others who are following it steadfastly? Maybe it has something to do with food that is overly - treated with chemicals. ------------------ Get some love in your groove, just get hip to forgive... - Michael Franks IP: Logged |

I want to restart the color diet, but I have a problem. My family was spring cleaning, and they sold my red lamp off in a garage sale. Now, I can't find a lamp that takes a 100 W bulb! The highest they go is 60! Any ideas on where I can buy a 100W capacity desk lamp? (I live in Maryland).
