plz send me healing light that will protect me against the flu I am afraid of it and am working on my fear but if it happenes again all my progress will be lost every time im close to overcoming it it comes back I never want to have to deal with it till im ready so I want alittle extra support and reassureance ty!

Barfophobic? I've never heard that one, but it's interesting. Of course I don't like upchucking, nor do I know anyone who does... I suppose I feel a little bit scared myself when I come to that point where I know it's inevitable. Tell me why you're afraid.

P.S. I don't know how to send white light, but I'll be thinking positive thoughts for you!

im afraid because alot of people saw me barf in first grade and I was soooo sick and I was so scared 6 years old u just puked and mama an daddy aren't around... so terrible....

Hey! It's called emetophobia...I'm very very afraid of upchucking myself. I don't know how to send healing light but I do hope you never have to puke again! EVER!!! It scares me too!
