Oh yes Saffron - may I ask you something?

How do you get the link to write so neatly like that? (without the http:// ) Living and Raw Food Recipies I never worked out how to do it!

raw foods make you feel alive!

in the 'reply' or 'post new topic' window, there are some options to the left of the message window under 'your reply'. click on 'UBB Code is ON' and you have a new window that gives formatting instructions.

scroll down to the hyperlinks info and there is an explanation of how this works.

the sample is this:

[ URL=http://www.ultimatebb.com]UltimateBB.com

type or paste your url in the first part -- where it says '[ URL=http://www.your-url-here] and type whatever title you wish to use after the bracket. close it up with .

p.s. i put spaces after the first and before the last brackets to demonstrate the code...to post a link, don't use spaces here.

Thank you Saffron! I just started a 30 day Detox, which includes a raw food eating program, so this comes at the perfect time.

ok good everyone! i love how i feel eating raw foods but i rarely do these days...at least make much of an effort. but these sound so tasty that i think i can incorporate them like any recipe into a dinner item and start back on that path.

also just purchased a heavy duty food processor and this makes the prospect of preparing these recipes something to look forward to. in addition, a juicer too, so i'm very well equipped to begin, and these recipes provide great motivation.

mmmmm -- raw oysters, now there's a treat i haven't had in a very long time.

You know, its not how much you eat but how often and when you do it, but I'm sure you know that. Well done for cutting thru my filthy innuendo! This may be sacrilege, but I think oysters taste better cooked.

I love raw foods such as salads, fruits, nuts
etc. I also eat almost raw - lightly stir fried veggies which are yummy. I love to juice when I'm in a hurry.

I'll never organise myself with the juicer, etc. But I love to crunch a large chunk of raw potato, on its own or dipped in salt or mayo. Heaven!
