Has anyone had luck with this? I have noticed that Fennel and Chamomile do increase estrogen, has anyone else tried herbs or commercial preparations?

Any bad news, good news?

Thanks, obviously I am considering this!

there are some herbs that help increase and decrease breast milk production...i suppose there would be some that could stimulate the hormones to increase size...

drinking the chamomile tea does work,
I went into my cosmetic surgeons office to try and I casually wanted to ask how much a breast lift would be. Instead he kept pushing implants.

I was like-I just want a lift
and he was-get saline!

So I decided to try the low tech approach, take the herbs, and go back and try again in a few months.

You wouldn't believe how hard they push those implants, it's as if you "gotta have em", there are more websites for breast augmentation (BA), than for any other procedure!
20yr old girls are lining up,
I don't want round globes, if I did get implants, I would get the anatomically correct ones.

Still, I am kind of attached to my own breasts.

chamomile, eh?
it's really crazy how common implants are becomming... i could never do it, i'd be too afraid of the risks.. breast cancer has hit my family in the past, and from what i understand implants increase risk..
though being able to actually fill an A cup would be nice.. i pull off the androgenous look well

Yes and everyone goes bigger and bigger later, the doctors encourage it. They say it's an ongoing thing so if you sag, they say come in again.

It's not like they're done and it's over.

No it doesn't affect the mammogram, they can see if there is a problem, and it does cause immunity problems in about 5% of the people but not breast cancer specifically. Still it's a big risk considering that you are going to live with them for the next 30-40 years, and some girls get them at 18.

The doctors offices are filled with really young girls, it's kind of sad.

I'm small too, but I used to be big, size D, now I am a saggy D, which is worse than A. They would have to do a lift and implant so there are more scars, and I would sag again probably since I have a tendency with the sports I do. The doctor kept showing me a large C, but that's too big!

Men don't really care that much, to be honest once they get you, they're not going to give you up. And there are always push up bras.

In any case the cost $11-15K makes me think twice about push-ups!

Yes, it's true, there is no easy way! I know I want a lift, but my surgeon keeps pushing those implants.
