Has anyone here ever had this treatment?I am constantly asked about it but don't know anyone personally who has undergone these injections. I would appreciate some feed back if possible. I know it's really popular in Europe, especially France and I know loads of celebs have had these treatments, but have any of you? Thanks. Gia IP: Logged |

I had to look it up. It's for cellulite, generally... quote: Mesotherapy is by far the most successful of all current cellulite treatments available today. Mesotherapy, as seen on 48 Hours and 20/20, is used for cellulite reduction, spot weight reduction and skin rejuvenation. Mesotherapy is a safe, noninvasive procedure used to get rid of cellulite, improve skin tone and decrease wrinkles. For the right candidate, mesotherapy can be an excellent alternative to tumescent liposuction, the safest form of liposuction.
Ya know...Cleopatra envied women with cellulite. It was considered beautiful...and that was way before our modern diets. *sigh* Something like that, that naturally occurs to our bodies...it's a shame that we allow product companies to make so much money on our sense of vanity. But what can I say? I like cosmetics, hair products, nice clothes, etc.... IP: Logged |

Actually it's not just for cosmetic treatments for cellulite, but is often used for medical applications too. Gia IP: Logged |

http://www.mesodoc.com/mesotherapy.htm There's a link that talks about what it is, etc. Sorry, Gia, I don't know anyone who has had it done. ------------------ "This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man." - Shakespeare IP: Logged |
