Thanks Tigerlily, I had no idea that there were so many. Do you have or know of any personal experiences that these work?

There are so many views out there about which stone does what. It's really all about picking a stone YOU feel represents your needs. You will recognize the right stone when you hold it in your receptive hand (the opposite hand you write with) it will vibrate in your hand. The key is to empower the stone before you meditate on your needs. Designate that stone for only that need. Care for it lovingly, talk to it, etc.
Personally, I like Peridot for the green stuff.
Good luck.

Thanks Philbird, I didn't know to hold it in the opposite hand but that would make sense as it would be more sensitive. Now, my current stone dillema is finding a gem retailer outside of the internet that's prices aren't ridiculous.

Try a rock shop. They'll probably sell gems, minerals and crystals. Peridot is a crystal and they aren't expensive. The stone you pick doesn't have to be large and expensive to work. A rock shop will probably have varing sizes and samples to choose from.
(Really, you could go out in the back yard and pick up anything, empower it, write money on it, paint it green, etc. If you believe it will work, it probably will.) I just like shiney things!

Thanks Philbird. I know about the price and size issue. But i can't help it i'm just attracted to shiny things I have a few stones so far. I have 2 clear quartz points, 1 rough emerald, a spirit cactus quartz formation, a tiny quartz crystal ball, a piece of ametrine, and a clear quartz merkaba, oh, and also a beryll crystal which is man made. I don't know what it does if anything, but its really cool looking like a rainbowy computer chip or a labirynth or something.

i love rocks. (cant get enough of 'em) it's my only way of 'getting' earth energy. i think of citrine as being more for cleansing, for toxins, etc

i like topaz for thinking about money. hasnt worked yet, but it's the one that feels most associated. i work with three-a smoky, a golden and a clear. i think of the smoky as representing/showing me what might prevent me from acquiring any money/wealth/material success

Bump!
The stone I've had the most impact with money gain has been tiger's eye for me.

And I've been working with my Amber earrings. Haven't noticed too much with money. Been enjoying where I am in life though and having a good time.

I inherited my mother-in-law's rock, crystal, and seashell collection, I don't know what everything is, but it's pretty. I have a big half-shell of amethyst and some garnets lodged in stone...a hunk of quartz...and other stuff I can't name.

I heard every Capricorn has a rock collection and want to know if that's true. I got mine

Amnethyst is always around me...always...to clear the mind...

Rose quartz is in my gardens, procured from a place close to me in South Texas as well as clear crystal quartz...makes my place feel warm and comforting and clear~

An ex bfriend gifted to me a GIANT quartz crystal, that sits on my fireplace now. It is stained with red from the Ozark mountains he got it from, but it is so symbolic and means so much to me....it clears....all who enter here.

And last but not least, I used to wear, always an amnethyst, tho my birthstone is Aquamarine. Now On my left ring finger a cluster diamond my blessed granny gifted to me, and on my right ring finger a very valuable diamond and white gold my grandpa had crafted for her and she bequeathed to me upon her death...they mean to me that my granny is always with me and loves so me so much..as shown by the perfect, clear diamonds that NO man has matched and some of these vatos in San Antonio would cut off my hand for...LOL!!!

Well I'm a "generational" Capricorn. I have Uranus, Neptune, and Saturn here. And my Venus and Mars are in house 10. So it makes it to be one of my most dominant signs.

I've always loved rocks and jewelry. And earth science was the only type of science I liked to learn about in school.

Since a year ago, I've been really getting into stone healing, and how it can benefit and enhance life. And look into it more in my spare time. And I've been experimenting with different stones.

Right now I've been working with rose quartz. I have a rose quartz rock that I keep in my purse. And Just recently started wearing my moms rose quartz necklace that has pearls in it too. So I've been wearing the peal earring to go with.

Some things I've noticed so far.
been good for love, can feel soothed when I get separation anxiety from the guy.

Also, sticking up for myself at work, when this guy is in town. I got so annoyed with people asking me to take their shift at work. I just wanted to do MY shifts and spend the rest of my time with the guy, while he is here.

This one lady was really pushing it...had me fill in for her the whole week! I was like "does this b!tch ever work!?" So when she asked me the next week almost everyday I would tell her no. lol my friends where just like you need to learn how to say no"..."you DON'T have to do it!" pretty much reminding me of my rights. It's a bit empowering to say no and to let people know I'm getting sick of people at work wanting to dump their load on me all the time. And starting to not give a f()ck how I come across, and sick of being the people pleaser. And have people see a more raw and real side of me.

And other people I seem to be a bit more affectionate with too.

I also read that rose quartz are good for skin...and lets just say that I've been realizing how much my friends know about health. They are the types of people that like to keep things as natural as possible. Like many of my friends don't trust drugs(like pills and stuff) and don't even trust peroxide. And they are just very aware people.

But anyways, my rock collection right now includes. Rose quartz, amethyst, tumbled ruby, petosky(sp?), agates, and a fossil.
(and these are just my rocks not jewelry)

Well, I am a cappy and I have always been fascinated by rocks and crystals. Natural ones.

Above all, I love malachite and flourite. There were times when I slept holding my malachite stones. And one night when my husband was very tense I put amethyst between our pillows.
